The exact service and deliverables are agreed against the project information before work starts.
Tekla Structures modelling and detailing
3D steelwork modelling and detailing from the supplied structural, architectural and connection information applicable to the agreed package. Tekla-specific production is subject to confirmed live entitlement, project inputs and agreed technical setup.
Fabrication and shop drawings
Fabrication information prepared for the agreed steelwork package, including assembly/shop and single-part information where required.
General arrangement drawings
GA information showing the steelwork arrangement, member positions, levels, setting-out information and relevant references required for the agreed package.
Erection and marking drawings
Erection/marking information can be produced where included in the project deliverables, supporting clear identification and installation of the detailed steelwork.
Assembly and single-part information
Assembly and component information produced where it forms part of the agreed fabrication package and customer requirements.
Digital fabrication outputs
Where required, agreed and technically available, outputs can include NC/DSTV/NC1 files, plate DXF files, material and assembly reports, model exports and related fabrication information.
BIM/CAD coordination outputs
Agreed CAD/BIM model and drawing information can be produced within the detailing scope where required for project coordination.
What is not included
JND Steel Detailing does not currently provide structural engineering design services.

Design responsibility for information supplied to JND remains with the responsible design party.
